A lovely reversable handstitched Durham quilt with self frilled edge. Two looks for the price of one. Plain vibrant golden yellow to one side, faded rosy floral in pinks and fawn on cream to large centre panel with same yellow to the border - on the reverse, Still nice and puffy and good even quilting.
The quilt is shown on a 4' 6" double bed, I took the picture from the side of the bed, it fits very well. A tiny old repair on the rosy section this is very hard to see - shown in last pic, on the reverse of the repair there is a slightly larger hole measuring 0.4" x 0.3", apart from this this charming bedcover has a few missing quilting stitches, no stains rips or tears.
