This gorgeous pelmet is all of a piece and has nine scalloped panels showing a large floral quintessentially English design of summer roses. Entirely worked by hand in wool with silk highlights in many vibrant colours. The original lining must have been replaced, now lined in soft cream vintage cotton, all ready to hang in your period house. No fade, rot, holes or stains, there may be the odd stitch missing, all commensure with the age of this great pelmet, overall in excellent usable condition.
Measures 91 inches long,10 inches deep, each scallop is 10 inches wide.
