A wonderful early printed cotton fabric length, the second and widest of two panels. Wonderful printing in great colours : brick red, pale pink, fawn and cream on a cream ground. Previously used as a curtain and not perfect, the fabric has several very small holes, two large waterstains and a couple of light blue marks. The fabric is very dirty and needs to be cleaned (by a professional). Overall in surprisingly good condition commensurate with the age of the piece.
Measures : 50.2" x 93" long + a good inch top and bottom - there are two joins, the central panel is selvedge to selvedge flanked by two other lengths to make up the width.
