This is a gorgeous top quality fabric panel - cream silk satin woven with silver threads circa 1910.
I imagine this was part of a fabulous dress. This unique fabric is substantial and has an interesting & unusual design, narrow width at only 28" wide, the slit at the bottom is 11" into the fabric. Total length 52 inches plus an extra bit at the top measured square. In very good usable clean condition suitable for many textile projects.
