Beautiful antique flapper dress or tabard in shimmering peach devore silk velvet and peach silk georgette bat wing panels at the shoulder. Scrolling deco floral design fabric, very elegant and flattering as it drapes well, looks equally good worn over a dress or trousers. There is no closure, so if worn alone, lots of room to wrap over, could be fastened with a belt or brooch though I think meant to be worn loose. In excellent wearable condition.
Measures - 15" wide back panel, 2 x 15" wide front panels measured at centre, 2 x 19" wide chiffon panel attached at shoulder, 44" long - 2" hem.
