A charming antique snuff box made from tortoise shell embellished with silver pique work to the lid. Silver gilt mounts all around and pretty floral decoration to the front dating to the early1800s.
This pretty box has what two very good old repairs 1) to part of one short side of the lid 2) to opposite short side of the box & a tiny chip to the base see last two pics. I can see a very small amount of pique missing to the lid otherwise the box in very good antique condition. Measures 3" x 2" x 3/4" deep. SOLD
