Prettiest embroidered dress motif panel showing violets Worked in coloured silks on gossamer silk chiffon c1945. A sweet little vintage piece with a very English look, detailed work and lovely shading, in harmonious unfaded colours. Embellished by hand with tiny gems, small yellow & green glass beads and sequins. There are no missing stitches, rot or holes - overall in excellent usable condition.
